Our founder's journey began by fostering children with learning disabilities, which sparked a lifelong passion for supporting individuals in need.
This commitment led to a career in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, where our founder developed extensive expertise across a range of roles before transitioning to work with vulnerable adults. Moving into staff training, our founder played a key role in expanding training departments while providing strong leadership and mentorship.
This depth of experience and dedication ultimately inspired the creation of Empower Training & Consultancy.
